Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)

RLD is a reflexology treatment that is based on the principles of Massage Lymph Drainage and Simple Lymph Drainage, using the basis of anatomical reflection theory to reflect these principles onto the reflexes of the feet.  The goal of RLD is to invoke the natural drainage function of the body, thereby reducing swelling.

Facial Reflexology - Bergman Method

This method uses precise, gentle, subtle movements on the face and is deeply relaxing. Facial reflexology can have the benefit of being more effective for certain conditions such as sinus issues, migraine headaches, TMJ, ear congestion, Bell's Palsy and trigeminal nerve damage due to the fact you are working on the areas directly affecting those issues.  Clients report a deeper sense of relaxation, more quickly, partly due to the fact one does not usually talk during the session, but also because these reflexes are in such close proximity to the brain. As well, Facial reflexology encourages good blood flow around the face and stimulates the nerves, thereby helping your face feel and look smoother and more toned.

Serving Arnprior and Area since 2019
